REPAIR GUIDANCE
Before repairs begin
Before repairs begin, follow the authorization procedure in your contract. The steps below explain where to start.
01
Get a diagnosis
Have a repair facility diagnose the problem and provide an estimate, following the requirements in your contract.
02
Contact the administrator
Ask the repair facility to contact the administrator named in your contract to review the repair request.
03
Obtain authorization
The facility should obtain the required approval before starting covered repairs. Confirm your deductible and any uncovered charges.
Coverage and approval depend on your contract. A diagnosis or estimate does not confirm that a repair is covered.
ROADSIDE INFORMATION
Need help on the road?
If your plan includes roadside assistance, use the benefit’s contact number and follow the instructions in your contract before arranging service.
Towing, lockout help, and other roadside benefits depend on your plan. Check the applicable services, limits, and conditions.

Use the roadside number in your contract.
The contact for roadside dispatch may be different from Titan’s general support number. Follow your contract’s instructions before arranging service.
Prioritize your safety. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Clear answers. A practical next step.
Find guidance on your plan, repairs, deductibles, and support. Your contract provides the terms that apply to your coverage.
What vehicle components are covered?
Coverage depends on your contract and plan. Review it for covered parts, exclusions, limits, deductibles, and conditions.
Where can I find my contract number?
Check your agreement documents and any contract card provided with your plan. If you cannot find the number, call Titan with your name and vehicle details.
Do repairs need prior authorization?
Yes. Potentially covered repairs need prior approval from the administrator named in your contract before work begins. After diagnosis, ask the repair facility to contact that administrator.
Will I have a deductible?
A deductible may apply, depending on your contract. Check the contract for the amount and how it applies to an approved repair.
How do I cancel my plan or ask about a refund?
To cancel your plan or ask about a refund, first review the cancellation and refund provisions in your contract. Titan can guide you through the applicable request procedure; your contract determines the terms.
Can I get help in Spanish?
Yes. Titan provides support in English and Spanish. Call our team to discuss your questions in your preferred language.
